I drive yamaha sx190. My dock is located in a shallow brakish water. I have found out that for me docking goes smoother without No Wake mode on. But, does the jet suck more debris when no wake mode is on (or off) when going slow speed?

I check the clean out port each time after docking and also when going out and reach deeper waters. In most cases I find some weeds to clean out. Trying to find the optimal way to cross the weed areas and to dock with minimum debris as possible going into the jet pump system.
