LOL...when I saw OP's pic, I instantly thought of the (formerly) Winn house on Round Lake in Charlevoix, MI. Yes, Winn as in Four Winns. It is absolutely stunning from the water, BTW. Great minds and all that.

Yep. I commented on that one. It's a real estate millionaire who lives in Austin. I roofed that boat house back in the mid 2000's.
