212SD. Both engines start and idle as usual but port engine doesn't respond to throttle.
Also, neither engine responds to paddles.
Is this a problem with the iDrive system?

Tough one - is the boat on a trailer and can you attempt to have a helper move the throttle forward on port to see if the gate is going up and down? Sounds like maybe a sensor thinks that the gate isn't moving so it's not allowing throttle.

Do your no-wake modes work to increase throttle?

Did you try a full battery discount for a few minutes? I would start there. If one engine won't throttle up I am sure that will cause the drive system to not function

Unfortunately, it's in the water and docked at an island cottage. I'd have to bring it back to the local ramp to get it up on a trailer.
Now that you mention it, I don't think either engine revved up in no wake mode.
