Boat runs great off the trailer, and as long as I want to run it. Problem occurs once ran some 1hour plus, then park it for a while to swim or get food.
The one engine doesn’t want to idle right, and trying to acellerate the engine bogs down and stalls.
Blew up engine once from this, the first cylinder broke piston, suspect running lean.
New engine still happens...... had carbs rebuilt several times and still acting up.
Swapped carbs from engine to engine and problem followed- so it’s in the carbs.

just can figure them out, even had carbs taken to second guy that is a performance specialist ..... still exactly the same.?
Confused

Sounds like float issue to me but it has been a long time since I messed with a large carb
Has the float been replaced during rebuild?

No floats in his carbs.

@slojoe are you using genuine Mikuni kits?
