Anyone ever smoke pork cushion for pulled pork?

I have some on tonight and not sure what to expect. It's not near as fatty and they are small chances vs one large butt.

I have no idea but I do know I want to see a picture of it when your done!

This could go bad like the "Belly Button" thread

WTF is pork cushion?

Sounds like one of those marketing words invented for a really nasty body part that should never be eaten LOL.

I think it's "pig ass" :-)

yep, it will work out just fine :)

pork cushion is chunks of the shoulder, it's normally some of the smaller pieces that are trimmed off when making other cuts. It should have more than enough fat in it, we used to grind it for ground pork and sausage when I worked at a local meat department, when tested it normally came out around 80%
