Is this the stuff to use on the 1.8 liter? Or should I buy the one with picture of the boat and jet ski on the front? Thanks

When I do get the right oil, about how much will I need? Is 2 gallon jugs and 1 or 2 quarts enough?

When i do my oil changes with filters it was exactly 1 gallon per motor.
Same for ENCboaters boat when i did his oil change on his 2014 AR240
Wouldn't hurt to have an extra quart on hand

It's stated in the manual that capacity is 1 gallon, so that's all you should need. I did my oil the other day. Bought 2 kits from jetboatpilot.com for a good price.

Warm it up before you start extracting, goes so much faster.
If you position the boat tilted (slightly) down and to port you will get most oil out.

I just happened to be in Delaware for a while, there's no tax on purchases, so I wanted to get the oil, but all I saw was the one with the picture of the outboard motor, wanted to know if that oil could be used.

I have looked at every video on the oil change, it won't be a problem at all. My question has to do with the type that is available for me to purchase.

If it's 10W-40 and says 4W on it as well, it should be fine. Curious, how much was the oil? I looked around the internet for best oil and filter purchase pricing + delivery, but ended up buying from jetboatpilot.com. They were the best delivered price I could find.

I already have a pair of k&n filters that I bought on amazon. Each gallon was 29.99. I forgot what the quart was. I paid $69 for 2, 1 gallon jug and 1 quart. I guess the quart was like $10. There's no tax in Delaware.

I just changed my oil the other day and I used the Yamaha watercraft oil change kits as the price with filters came out to be about the same as going with Mobil 1 and K&N filters. I ended up putting in 3.5 quarts per ngine.

I'm still looking for different opinions on the oil that I purchased. Not sure if I should return it and get the one with the boat on the front.

Why take any chance to save a few bucks. Is it worth it? To me, no way. I spent a lot of money for my boat and will always put what the manual recommendations are.
4w only not 4m
