I tapped into both to add a digital readout volt meter in addition to my analog ones. Controlled by a key on switching relay.

thank you so much this helps. i have the command center and i dont think im capable of the other steps. i just wanna check it for lose connectors etc. im getting the main batteries dead, then after i use emergency they charge , but drain again if i use bluetooth etc. screen starts flashing. im also getting lag in throttle speed. i have recieved codes of misfires on starboard. so im gonna change the plugs on that engine and see if it helps. do i have to lock tight the spark plug bolts down or just take engine cover off, unsecrew plugs and replace and put cover back on. thank u for your help

What spark plug bolts..??
If you have the 250, as I pictured above (twin 250's), then you remove the oil dipstick, gently unsnap the engine cover by pressing on the plastic tabs front and back of the cover. The COP's (coil-on-plug) is an entire assembly that presses onto/into the cylinder head, it fits snugly by plugguing into the top of the spark plug, and the rubber boot compresses into the head opening. You may choose to dab a spot of never seize compound on the new spark plug threads, I never do, because I seldom put more than 10 hours a year on the boat.

Thank u
I did it! Ong the easiest thing to do! Lol

Sometimes the biggest stumbling block is just getting in there and putting your hands on things. It's always advisable to obtain a BRP shop manual, as they are well written, and cover all you need.
