I decided to replace my stock radio. I wanted something I could dim, decent power without an amp and led lights on the speakers mainly for illuminating the interior at night. I used a gauge style radio and installed where my speedometer is.Here are some pics. It was basically plug and play.

Head unit install looks super good

And it was plug and play, it has the same connector as the clarion and it has better fidelity coming out of the speakers. Thought I would need an amp but was pleasantly surprised the unit is loud and clear enough for my needs.

Looks great! Are you still happy with it? I just got an older SX210 and need to replace the radio. I have been thinking of getting a guage mount unit because I just want to use Bluetooth anyway.

what model is it?
thanks for the info.

It's been great so far!
