Hey Guy looking for some recommendations.
I’ve attached some pictures of my boat. Let’s just say I was using it to run some smaller rivers and she took a real beating. In the pictures you’ll see where the support brackets that attach to the Top of the transom have completely cracked. I’m not sure if this was from the one time I smashed bottom or just from the stress of the outboard when driving the trailer down gravel roads. I also have some decent holes on the back edge of the bottom of the boat. Basically I’m looking for some good ideas on how to fix this properly and maybe beef it up a bit and make it stronger. My plans are to mostly retire the boat to lake fishing as it was more meant to do. I’ll be framing the front deck and making it more comfortable for fly fishing on the lakes. So before that I wanna make sure it’s fixed right. As you can see In the pictures I’ve stripped all the paint as I plan to repaint the boat once I get it back in decent shape
