It's a sad day to wake up and know that a true legend and king of golf is no longer with us. Truly one of the most humble and gracious pro athletes to ever walk this Earth. When I was a young kid I would visit my grandparents down in West Palm Beach, FL and my grandpa would go on and on about Arnold Palmer, Gary Player, and Jack Nicklaus. Back then I knew nothing about the sport nor did I care. But, to this day I can still remember riding with my grandpa to the donut shop or Home Depot and him going on and on about Arnold Palmer and his victories and shots that he would make. I grew up to play the sport, love the sport, and embrace the past heros that made the sport what it is today. Attached is a picture that hangs on my wall in my office. If only I could be as cool as Arnold!
