Looks like a handheld Garmin GPS.

@Murf'n'surf is correct! Its a Garmin 78SC. Its the best thing since sliced bread. It has a view screen on it that mimics your cars gps, and it saves course history in real time, and saves them. You will always find your way back to where you started.

bought new in 2005 with Bluechart map of Gulf region I believe. I'll let it go shipped for $75.
