Scarab break in period

Hi I have a new 195 Hoi and was wondering the true break in period. It stays under 7k rpms. Was told after 10 hrs it would get better.

Yes you will only get around 7000 rpms during break in . The good news is once you get past the break in it gets better ! I just hit 43 mph at 8100 rpms 2 days ago with 6 hrs on the clock , I've read that it's not uncommon to get full rpms around 7 hrs !
Before the full rpm range I was a little disappointed , but hang in there . It's gets much better !

After 5hrs you should have close to 90% of power & all 100% after 6hrs.

Has anyone experienced any situations where the boat isn't tracking straight? I constantly have to correct my course as the back of the boat seems to be skipping
around on the water at higher speeds.
