Is it just me or does Scarab have one of the worst websites going. Most of the time it doesn't even load and if it does they don't even have up to date information. Seems like they more than just quality issues to work on.

I totally agree. That site hasn't change since the first time I have seen it...

And the new 2016 Scarab's are just the same 2014,2015 but a different color I assume.

It's a horrible site and it shows there are not many elements of professionalism backing the Scarab line. Don't get me wrong, I love mostly everything about my Scarab and I'm looking forward to the new Rotax 300hp 1630ACE to make its way into the future 165HOI for me to trade up but if Scarab do not up their game really soon I will be looking elsewhere. I feel horrible for anyone purchasing any line of boat and having nothing but endless trips to the repair shop with absolutely ZERO acknowledgment from the manufacture to MAKE IT RIGHT . any reputable boat line manufacture would ensure their babies have a reputation for sustainability in the market and that starts with a jaw dropping kick ass website.

They spend their time concentrating on a better product line rather than just having a snappy website.....Oh wait, that's not it....

I remember one of the first videos scarab put out on their new jet boat line focused a lot more on the look and emblems than performance. Even now all of their boats look great. Unfortunately it seems that scarab is more focused form not function at least where their boats are concerned. It sounds like their website is just an after thought.
I would need to see a lot of improvement in how scarab treats its existing customers as well as in how they address existing problems before I would ever consider buying one. Yamaha is not perfect but I can't recall any new owners having as many problems with new boats or such problems going unresolved for so long.

My old Vista computer won't load it because my browsers are out of date, but the website works fine on my Win 7, 8, 10 and Android devices. Make sure all your browsers and flash and all that other garbage is up to date.

What's not up to date? I'm just curious. I just took a quick look, looks like the new colors and graphics are up?

For example there's nothing on the site about the wake edition.

Good point, I just went there looking for it myself, had no idea it existed until ScarabMike's post!

This is all I could find:

No pictures or anything.

I sent them a message on Facebook:
Do you guys have any plans to upgrade your website? It's been the same since the release of the 255. Where can someone find the features of the current model year offerings without going to a dealership?

Scarab Boats Josh, the new Scarab website is currently in development and will feature the new model information when it is finished.
