Seadeck Help - Passenger Seat Removal

To install the seadeck under the passenger seat, looks like I need to remove the passenger seat.

Is there a trick here? Will it remove without removing the base from the deck?

Unlock it and turn seat to side and pull up hard from the seat base.
May need a little wiggling
