I copied and pasted this from another user elsewhere however I have the same exact problem so I know it’s not just me. Any ideas??
I did some searching on this, not sure if anyone can help. I understand how to use the single lever option on my 242x-e 2016 however sometimes I can scroll down to it with the wheel knob thing. But most of the time neutral, parked, float, underway, not, I've tried it all... it'll just never get down there when I turn the dial. Of course I've tried hitting the touch screen icon and that has never worked however other icons in the same place on the screen do work so I do not suspect it is the touch screen itself. Only once or twice has it said not in N then I shifted and that's when it let me do it. I was excited about getting the 242x-e for this reason and it's a bummer it hasn't worked much. Any ideas? Thanks in advance ya'll

Did you ever figure out the problem? I’m having the same issue.
