I did a search but didn't find the answer. Is there a single fishing pole mount like the dolphin single pole that can mount on the frame of a 2015 Limited 242S. I purchased the dolphin (2" diameter) and of course it does not fit (to small).

This is Jackew's boat, I have not installed mine yet

The rod holder is facing forward. It will work but the rods will be fighting the wind and bending the whole time while moving. That is the first time I have ever seen someone use a forward facing rod holder.

Damm, so close. It will work but not ideal situation.

It's not ideal but for storage it will be ok. The wind is not fast enough at cruise speeds to impact the rods.
