I smoked a chuck roast which I had never tried before. Total cooking time was about 20 hours for an 8 pound roast.
My kids loved it and so did our July 4th BBQ guests. When it was done, I pulled the beef apart and we served it on rolls with homemade cole slaw. We then used it for hash the next morning, etc. So good....
Here is the before and after and the bark was the best part. You can imagine how it looked when I pulled it since I didn't get any more pictures.
