I made some Buffalo chicken dip for the big game and it turned out fantastic! Figured I would share the recipe here for everyone.

I started with a whole chicken, smoked for an hour, then cooked at 225 until and internal temp of 145. I then shredded the chicken and combined with the ingredients below in a cast iron skillet and heated on the stove until everything was well mixed. While heating on the stove, I brought the grill up to 375. I then covered the dip with shredded cheddar and reurned to the grill for about 20 minutes until the cheese was melted. Before serving I drizzled ranch over the dip, but you could also top with blue cheese if you like it. I served with tortilla chips.

About 3 cups shredded chicken
4oz light cream cheese
1/2 Fage Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons ranch dressing
1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot hot sauce
1 small celery stalk finely diced
Garlic powder
Celery salt
Salt & pepper
