2002 Sea Doo Speedster 17'. I am the original owner. Well maintained and garage kept year round. Cover, spare tire and brand new battery. Overall, the boat is in great condition. Very few marks. A couple of the seats have seem splits. 95% it has been run in Southwest Michigan on Lake Michigan. Finally going to upgrade but this boat has plenty of life left.

Not in the market but recall these boats being cool looking and fast. How much HP does the engine produce? Have you had a shop read the hours on the engine? Is the intake grate fixed or does it open and close on a spring (Seadoo used to call them surge gates)? Any spare parts or upgrades included? Just things you may want to consider including in your ad. Good luck with the sale.

@Ronnie thanks for the tip. It is a 240hp engine. Still can hit 50+mph. With 2 tubers and 3 in the boat, it will hit 35+ mph. The intake grate is fixed. No upgrades or spare parts. I inquired about getting the hours but was told it can't be done with this age and type of engine. 95% it has been run on the Southwest Michigan side of Lake Michigan. To clarify the seats, a couple could use reupholstering but not in unusable shape.

I think Ronnie did as well, but we both had X20's of that vintage. Mine had the 240efi and SeaDoo put the hour meter on the starboard side in the engine compartment. That's too bad they didn't do the same for this one.

That looks like the first gen 240efi with the round air filter. I was sure ours was a 2002 as well.

Good luck with your sale, it looks clean.
