Brand new in the box .
Box never opened , I’ve been using the snap on cover so I never opened this one .

Just sharing a suggestion: You may want to offer up a buy it all price....as this is a good starter kit for someone who has bought a "new boat". eg Local Pickup preferred. Just a thought. 1 transaction = done. I know I probably would have jumped at all of this when I bought my "New to me boat".
