Spark plugs , oil and air filter. 2011 242 Yamaha Limited S

Can anyone tell me which of these spark plugs are best and the proper gap for a 2011 242 Limited S? Also I need to know the proper oil and air filter for this boat. Thanks in advance!

@swatski i just had my plugs delivered are they gapped properly out of the box? Do you know what they should be for verification?

They come pre-gapped, not supposed to mess with it.
