Changed plugs late this year, but I decided to stopwatch time from start to finish. Started with plugs ready to go, philips screwdriver, 10mm 1/4" drive with extension. , 1/2" drive with extension and socket.

First engine, which included removing both air covers, and the 10mm bolts holding on coil packs on both engines, 15 min. Second engine and finish up on both engines 12 min. 27 min total. That included putting a sparkplug in the cylinder upside down and fishing it out with needlenose pliers which I had there also working on something else...oops..

Nice. One of the dirty little trick an old hand passed on to me that I like for plug changes is just a short length(6" or so) of 3/8" fuel hose. Slide it over the insulator and it will thread in plugs where you cant reach. When it bottoms out pull it off and snug it up that last bit with the socket and extension. Makes sure you never cross thread and works great for heads with angled plugs or spark plug holes that aren't a straight shot with an extension.
