I'm ready tons of steering cable lube methods for the Yami's out there, have seen a process for the Scarab (not that they'd be all that different) anyone have a down pat way for our boats specifically?

When I spoke to Seastar / Teleflex who makes the Yamaha cables their official advice was to grease the exposed ends of the cable annually.

If that is not enough I would change the cable. If lube can get into the cable then water will as well.
