Just curious.

“Had” an 2014 242LS. Anyone know a weight or tow limit on the aft tow hook? I’ve pulled a 5 person tube with 5 teenage boys on it and have slung them all over tar-nation as I laugh and torture them.
Not an issue, stress or concern while doing it. But looking back I haven’t had the slightest idea what that damn hook can withstand.

Never did anything from the tower like that but the tow hook (besides being rough and fraying my ropes) has been solid with no spider cracks or sign of stress around it.

Thoughts??

I've done the same many times on both my 2010 AR240 and my current 252X--never had any issues and never saw any damage from exceeding the tow hook capacity, whatever it is.
