OMG...you can't believe the cook that Bill is! He is my HERO! I had the distinct pleasure of being invited to "crash" a crawfish boil, that Bill did for his neighbor Jeremy. What a great layover! Probably the very best layover I have ever had in 25 years of layovers! Spent the afternoon watching Bill mess with the mudbugs, sharing conversation in person for the first time, drinking BEER! The day migrated next door to washing those live bugs and getting the cooker ready. After all the prep and cooking...that DAMN THING IS HOT!, he just poured out the results right on the table like that pic above! And as Jethro Bodean used to say, "we commenst to eatin'!"

I am going to try like hell to make that gig Bill! Thanks for your contribution to the cooking and recipes here!
