Also know as Polk Audio Marine.
They replaced my head unit with no issues. And i didnt have to see the dealer. All done over phone. Sent in my old unit that was getting moisture in it and within 1.5 weeks had new one at my door.

How did you get it out? Was it difficult? does it just pop-out?

It was a reach but not bad. There is 2 nuts holding the bracket to the backside.
Since i added speakers on both sides like the more equippe models, i went through that access.
