throttles pulling back

Well underway at low speeds and I'm trying to run lets say 15 miles an hour my throttle keep wanting to pull back when I left him go. How to adjust them and is it hard? I have a 2011 sx210

If it is like the 240 series, on the back of the throttle cover plate is a small cover that can be pryed off. After removal, you should see an adjusting screw for each shifter. Recommend you do adjustment on water to test and readjust if nessasary.

I definitely going to do it out on the water. I just wanted to see how hard it was

This is to the link in the FAQ, I'm not sure if your model is just the tension cable or if you can do the speedlings fix.
