Hi All,

I recently had the thrust vector/lat thruster combo installed by my Yam dealer (2018 242X-e). I had a couple questions.

1.) I see thrust vectors with the springs on the outside of the fin, and then some with springs on the inside of the fin (mine)...what is the difference?
2.) There was a good amount of space left on the far left bolt (outside, port side)...say enough to fit 2 more washers...the nut doesn't move because of the rubber but should I be trying to to tighten this down more? Picture attached of this.
3.) I recall...may be wrong...something minor but different about an install w/ e-series boats...am I mis-remembering?

Finally - since I didn't install myself, but am mechanically able, anything in particular that I should double check before it goes in the water?

That left side bolt is not fully tightened. Should only have about 1/16" or so of play when shifted side to side.

The spring always goes to the inside of the right fin on current units. Older units had the spring on the outside.
