How the heck do you separate the clamp?

So I'm assuming that when you unscrew that last nynut it does not come apart at the seam there?

Damn thing just spins. No instructions. No Allen wrench. I have a bazillion Allen wrenches but none that fit to stop it from spinning. I guess I'm gonna have to buy a smaller one but I am not sure what size it is.

Do you have a metric and an SAE Allen wrench set? If not, it could be the other one you don't have...

Must be. Frustrating that they send no instructions or a ten cent wrench even

I just had one of the 24" poles snap off while underway @30mph. Lost it and my 2x3 flag.
They hooked me up with a new set for free though.

Their customer service seems good. I did a chat request for the correct Allen wrench size and got a response immediately. 1/8 inch btw
