Tower Light button missing

Dealer updated software last week. Now I’m missing the button to turn on tower lights. It’s a 2022 252se. I assume I need to update the model code. How do I access the dealer mode, and then does anyone know what the model code should be?

Correct, but I also have tower lights that shine down into the cabin. Before the update there was another button for those. Apparently the dealer didn’t reset all the boat options. When I call they won’t tell me how to do it myself. Want me to bring it in and wait 2-3 weeks for a 5 minute fix.

Is that photo after the update? The box that says 'Tower' is a button that cycles the tower lights. Mine is a 2021 and is in that same spot. If that was a dumb question I apologize.

For this reason (and others) my boat has never been to the dealer after sale - I don't ever plan on letting the dealer or Yamaha 'update' anything or keep my boat hostage for any amount of time.

Yep. I was looking at the row of buttons and didn’t notice it. I think before my update the button was below. Maybe I just don’t remember.
