I am about to replace the tires on my trailer. I currently do not have a spare, so I am going to keep a decent tire and mount it on a rim for a spare. I can pick up a new plain white one from the tire store. But the more I over-think it, I think I might rather have a matching aluminum wheel. Does anyone have any extra rims they want to part with? I'd love a matching aluminum rim, but I'm open to anything. Let me know what you have!

I don't have a spare spare laying around but if you can't find a used one I recommend you check out etrailer.com . I purchased two full spares from them, they give you a choice of speed rated tires and shipping was free, at least for me at the time. You can buy just the rim, painted or galvanized, as I recall but it was more economical for me to get the rims and tires together. Under $140 for the combo on my jet ski trailer with a tire that had a max speed rating of around 70 mph.

bumping this as I just got my new tires...
