Have a deposit down on a 2020 SE. How easy is it to wire an under water transom light to the aux switch on the dash? Is there a circuit breaker already connected or will I likely need an inline fuse?

I know its been done on here and have seen the pics. Do a search for underwater lights. There are several setups and some have wired to the Aux switch on the dash.

My transom light required me to use their switch or add a relay and use what ever switch u want due to the power draw.

You’ll probably want your own relay and fuse anyway. I think the hardest part will be squeezing into the helm compartment.

If you find any other info on the Aux switch, like the correct Deutsch plug to use, how much draw it can handle, etc., I would like to use mine too. Thanks.
