I can't open any of the links in FAQ section. Is there some setting I need to make on my computer or something? Thanks!

Shouldn't be. What device, operating system and browser are you using?

Well, your question helped me to try a different device at least. I can get the links open through my iPhone now. I can't through my macbook pro though. I'm using safari and my operating system (I guess) is OS X Yosemite. My phone will suffice though. Thanks for your help!

The FAQ does not display properly on an iPad, using Safari.

The menu, or list of FAQS, does display properly as links. But when I click a particular topic is when I get the display in my photo.

It displays single alphabet characters down the right side of the screen.

Been that way for months.

Thank you! Good to know.

I can't get them to open on my Mac running the latest version of Mojave.
It may just be broken link
