Tube Cover Replacement

So yesterday the tube cover ripped, we went for a little and then it finally yanked the cover off of the inflatable.

So question, since the inflatable is fine, do they make a replacement cover I could just put over the inflatable?

Bump - bought almost identical second tube. This one is starting to rip.
