*** NO EXPERT HERE ***
But using my handy dandy google image search, I would say none look terrible. But the inconsistency between them makes me curious. Left to right labeled 1, 2, 3, 4 it looks like they are:
1: Slightly Hot or Lean
2: Pretty good
3: Slightly Hot or Lean
4: Cold or Rich

How many hours on the engine?
How many on these plugs?
Is the gap still uniform on these?
Mostly cruising or a lot of tow sports?
Any gas or oil smell on them?
Do you use dielectric grease on them?
Did you replace them yourself and torque to spec - with or without grease?
Check the condition of the connection for the wires to the coil pack - seats well and free of corrosion?
Check the condition of the boot on the coil pack - clean and free of grease or corrosion?

I bought the boat this year , i was told it was serviced at the dealership, so I didn’t put these plugs in. The gap looks uniform and consistent between all 4 , Just the colours are pretty much all different. There’s 85 hours on the engine , mixed between low speed , high speed and a few hours of towing a tube. I’m going to put 4 new plugs in without any anti seize, and torque to 18lbs like recommended.

did you do a ribbon delete?
Nope , the previous owner told me he Sometimes used regular gas and sometimes premium, could that be it ?

Maybe, but not likely....I do know that with the ribbon delete that the 2 middle cylinders do go leaner than the others...but nothing that causes any damage, so this could be the issue with the 195's and running more boost that 2 cylinders get less air etc...
