The unfinished fiberglass is absorbing the water when i clean the boat... could be more places than just this.... it is under the swim platform. I noticed when i drilled the holes for the trim tab install, the water came out of the cavity where it was not reacheable/visible from the top...

I would show that to my dealer. That should be cut out and reglassed. Hopefully its just a small exposed area, but it will absorb so it should be fixed. Can you even get to it?

Worst case hit that area with a space heater until it's bone dry, then apply resin on top everywhere it looks like it needs it, and then a little more. How much is your time worth to take the boat to the dealer, loose it for a few weeks, aggravate with them because they did not do it right, maybe even made a mess and you have to further clean up the boat, wait more, etc. etc.? Things to consider as you determine next steps. If your dealer service is awesome I'd be more inclined to take it in.

I wish you luck however you decide to proceed!

Yeah, I wouldn't be afraid to do what beachbummer is saying, but I have a ton of fiberglass experience. Some people get nervous mixing hardener and poly.
