For Valentine’s Day, the baker at Uncle Jackie’s Imaginary Cafe and Grill whipped up a cheesecake that was to die for. It had a Swedish Wild Ligonberry Sauce mixed into the cream cheese, and it was topped with a chocolate mousse and a crunchy bottom crust made from pecans and graham crackers. Yum!
