Customer brought a Vortex 223 to me from Los Angeles (we're in Las Vegas). There's no Chaparral dealers in CA, AZ or NV but he'd heard I have the BUDS software that connects to Chaparral & Scarab boats.
He's got the dreaded E-Reverse fault.
We charged the batteries, replaced the 2 relays in each fuse box, we replaced the actuator with the updated one.
Still got E-Reverse fault & we're finding that ECM loses connection with BUDS after about 30 seconds.
Any ideas, guys?
