So I'd like to get my 190 FSH setup for wake surfing. Aside from ballast bag what device is everyone using to help generate a proper wake?

I saw the video on youtube advertising the yamaha wake surf stuff, and the older guy getting up behind a 190FSH. It looked cool, until I realized I'm pretty sure you're not suppose to hook up a rope to the console t-top!? He's using the T-Top as a tow point.

Or is it OK to do with wake surfing? Maybe just not wakeboarding?

DId you ever get your 190 FSH set up for wake surfing? How did it work? I'd like to try the same.
