This is a little more than a weekend since we were in Daytona Beach Shores to clean up after Irma. Last week's wrap-up had us arriving and starting the work. This Friday I re-screened the front porch, fixed one post on the west side fence, and replaced the missing soffit along the front of the garage. We had a pretty good grilled redfish wrap at Our Deck Down Under for lunch. Loaded all the tools in the truck and prepared to leave.

Most of the week was consumed with replacing the privacy fence on the south side of the house. This part of the fence actually belonged to my neighbor. When the storm hit and I heard the fence was down I called them and told them that I'll be down and I'd like to take that fence over. They are well into their 80s and I didn't want them to have to worry about it.

Saturday, started driving at 5:30AM and uneventfully arrived back home at around 8:30PM. Hit the sack by 9:30PM.

Sunday, started into the unpacking. Made a trip to Sam's club. Took a nap. Wanted to take the boat out but the Mrs wasn't up to it so I de-stickered the boat instead. Trying to decide if I want to leave it plain or put the Yamaha emblem from the side of a FSH on there. The stickers came off really easy since it was a nice hot day. Peeled right off and left no glue behind.
