hi everyone

Just received my 2015 AR240 and couldn't be happier! Very excited for the summer. One question so far...the item in the picture attached came with the boat. What is it and do I need to do anything with it?image.jpeg

That is the replacement plug if you have to remove your depth finder transducer.

The actual transducer which that one replaces is accessed through the little holes next to the clean out ports. (they have a screw on plastic lid)
You are supposed to remove it and replace it with that one so the water does not crack the plastic in the actual transducer. I am not sure if you run any risks if the boat is properly stored, but i'll let the more experienced jet boaters say their peace.
