I am actually surprised the Yamaha boats have an old style pole light we have to put into the port at night, or at least my 2015 does. Has anyone upgraded or improved this and installed something permanent? It would be nice to put one on top of the wake tower on the top of the tow ring if that was possible? Anyone done anything here? Thanks

Newer ones have the light integrated into the tow point. Maybe you can order the part for a newer one and make it work somehow.

Try searching for 'tow point light'. A member here made a kit to put a choice of wired or wireless all around light on the tower tow point.
