Yamaha 2021 212x ballast configuration help

Basically we took our boat out and wanted to test the ballast for wakeboarding. We just filled the center ballast to 35 percent using the arrows and then put the arrows down to 0 when we finished. The bag did not drain at all, but it sounded like the pump was running.

We just found the ballast time menu and have no idea how to set them up probably. If anyone can help that would be great.

There’s actually an “empty” function button on the display. It may say “drain” I can’t remember, as I’ve only filled mine once. You may have to swipe upwards on the screen to reveal the entire display. It took me a while, but I realized there are menu item lines that aren’t visible unless you swipe, on some screens. Also, make sure the black flow valves in the ski locker and engine compartment are all the way open. If only partially open they may not drain.

Looked at the ballast screen. On the ballast percentage, touch the 100 or zero or whatever you have it set for. This will take you to “fill all” or “drain all”.
