Yamaha cover

Does anyone know where to get the pop up cleat covers on the original Yamaha mooring cover. I had a new cover made several years ago(sunbrella) and they sewed the old leather zippered covers on the new one......the Florida sun has rotted the out so I need new ones and cant fine them anywhere. The ratchet tie downs covers are the worst.

Crap i just put an old OEM one in the trash as it got pierced by a falling branch in a storm. Wonder if I retrieve it and can somehow cut them out for you? HUrry I am leavibg this house in about an hour and wont be back for a few weeks and its in the trash ready to go!
