I'm getting ready to put my boat in the water for the first time. It's a 195S. I bought a genuine Yamaha mooring cover. Does anyone know if the stands to hold up the cover are in the box? If not can I use the stands that were in place for the shipping cover?

Thanks

The poles and straps where in my box for the Premium Mooring Cover.

Yep i tow with it on. Beach balls, maybe poles and window tubes.

Do you use only while mooring or can you tow with it as well. @HangOutdoors I know you use over size beach balls when towing, thoughts?

I tow with it occasionally, gets sucked down the same way it does with poles. No additional wear that I've seen around where the hangtyte connects through, this will be year 4 with it installed.

It rained today and the poles did a great job of removing water on my 19' 195S. Do you guys think I can get away with one or should I get two. One for the back and one for the front? I order just one but probably can modify the order

When towing, do you leave the hangtyte system taut? Or, do you loosen the cables? Are you simulating poles or no poles when towing? I guess the cables just flap around in the wind, or do you secure them somehow? I plan on getting mine installed, finally, in the next 2 weeks.

I take the cover off when I tow 90% of the time, and if towing long distance, I will put the shipping cover on. For the 10% of the time that I tow with the cover on, I leave the lines set to their normal tension - no worse for the wear that I can see.
