Gasket between windshield and hull?

Hey guys, i'd like to change the gasket which is between the windshield frame and the hull.. mine is dry and is coming out of it's place on the side of the windshield

I've search but the only info i've found is the seal at the botton of the windshield frame, not the gasket

Also i noticed a few more crack coming from the bolt under the seal that bolt the windshield frame to the hull.. is there something i can do with this? not really to repair them but more likely to stop future new crack from other bolts holes.

Here's a pic, notice you can see a crack coming from the botton bolt, on this pic the rubber seal is removed, and you can see the gasket under the windshield frame that i'm talking about

Ive seen this diagram but i thought it would be the seal only.. there is two item could it be gasket and seal? Anyone ever ordered item #1??

I'm looking into this as well. Did you find a solution? Was this the correct part? Also, how was the process taking off (and reinstalling) the windshield?

I need to replace this gasket as well for my '08 212X. Does anyone have any feedback?
