Ouch my Impeller

Not Yamaha but my Honda Aquatrax. Its been getting abused for 6 years and finally one of my staff took her down.

No but I have not seen the bill yet. looking like impeller and housing along with a couple seals

$500 for parts 4-500 for labor

I thought you could just pull out the obstruction, slap it all back together and be on your way. you could minimize the cost if you replace the wear ring / add a liner yourself and have the impeller refurbished instead of replaced with a new one. I'm not seeing more than two hours in labor there.

Before this obstruction it had pretty bad cavitation if you got on it, I knew it was in need of some work as its been abused for a few years now

sorry to hear about the problem. How do you like that Honda and is is maintenance free like I would expect? Turbo?

I like it, yes its been issue free and I just beat on it and put it away. Turbo yes and I had it hopped up with a chip and new inter cooler so it was a 60 mph ride for awhile but I sold the chip and kept the inter cooler, 50 something is fast enough. Running it at top speed all the time is just gonna kill it earlier then it should die.
