Due to Work related reasons it’s time to be done for the year. There is huge debate on the winterizing process so let me see if someone can help. I live in Northern Georgia.
Can I simply add fuel stabilizer, Fire the motors out of water for a few seconds, top off the fuel and put it away? This way I could go out on a nice winter day (55 degrees sometimes) if I wanted to and then repeat this process. FYI just had oil changed.
Also but the full boat cover on or get it shrink wrapped? Or both?

Thanks

That's what we do in okc , oklahoma. We have a enclosed storage and have done that since we owned this boat since 2015. We do cover on to help keep the dust out.

I use to do a full winterization in Maine including shrink wrap over the tower, fogging, rv antifreeze in the cooling system, etc. In South Carloina I just use the winter shipping cover, marine stabil, run engines out of the water, put in a bucket of damp rid, and put batteries on a charging system. Shrink wrap is primarily for heavy snow and ice loads.
