210 FSH Swim Deck Backrest Removal

Does anyone know how to remove the rear swim deck back rest pad? Have one ripped on my new boat and need to take it off. I assume you remove the cup holder and snake your arm in behind it. How many bolts are there?Screenshot_20190103-190720_Gallery.jpg
 
If it’s anything like the back rest on my AR210 then there are about 20 per a side... Good luck.
 
On the 190 FSH there are two screws tucked underneath the bottom edge of the cushion. Take them out and the pad will come right off. There are two L shaped brackets on the top/back that hold the top on when the bottom screws are removed it’s should pull off
