That is very cool.
Nothing like the smell of burning 2 stroke in the morning!
Is it really signed by Kenny Roberts or is it just a graphic?

I have a 73 Kawi 750 H2 that my father in law gave me that he bought new in 73. Its an amazing machine. Scarry fast with crap suspension and crap brakes. Waiting to make room for it here so i can get it shipped down from RI
Not sure if i am going to make it a cafe racer or keep it original. It is in near perfect condition.
This is an internet pic i found of what it looks like. Cept mine has performance expansion chamber exhaust. I dont have any pics of my own yet. It is currently 750 miles away.

You actually brought a tear in my eye when I saw that photo! *******Shame on you!!*********
You should keep it stock @Neutron.
These production triple piston two strokes were wicked fast and nothing in its class was even close to matching it’s back breaking acceleration and top end speed.
Kawi was a little light on the frame and suspension to make it a track bike -stock it is a great bike for show, popping wheelies and burning up the lanes!
I unfortunately sold my 750 and now have another barn burner (concours 14) but I miss that bike like I miss my Ex-wife but if I would have kept either I would be dead or in a mental hospital!

Nope, King Kenny's name is just a graphic.

Neut, if you do alter it, I wouldn't do anything permanent and save all the stock parts. My stock "cadillac" converters are still hanging in the basement after I took them off 30 years ago to install Spec II pipes, along with the pulse-air injector pump. One more thing - GET IT IN YOUR POSSESSION ASAP! God forbid something happens to it in the meantime. Good luck!

Every one of my bikes and waverunners have been modded and i have every original parts in my attic.
If i did mod it to make it safer with an R6 front end and better rear suspension it would all be reversible back to stock.
I may leave it 100% original just for car shows and such

When I still lived at home, I saw a Kawi H1 Mach II for sale. Mom said “if you buy that you have to move out” so I passed. I think she did me a favor.

Thanks D! Unfortunately, from the factory the engine has a fatal flaw in that the heavy flywheel on the left tends to pull apart the pressed crankshaft from repeated bouts of "spirited" riding. I.e., thrashing it like it was meant to be. The cure is truing and welding the crank BEFORE the piston takes out the left jug (ask my buddy Jan how he knows this :^). Gary Shumake at Spec II is "the guy" for everything RD/RZ, but he's getting up there and will likely retire soon. On that day, the two-stroke world will be worse off because of it. He told me the other day about a stroker RZ he built confirmed on two dyno's as putting out 97 HP. hehehe - 277 HP/liter.
